Data Processing Agreement

The processing of personal data of website visitors (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of https://advance.courses/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The owner of the Site is LLC "Advance" (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), which processes the personal data of Users for the following purposes:

The processing of User's personal data is exclusively for the purpose of registering the User in the Operator's database, followed by sending Users email messages and SMS notifications, including promotional content, from the Operator (Company), its affiliated entities and/or subcontractors, informational and newsletter distributions, invitations to Company events, and other advertising and news-related content. It also serves the purpose of confirming the User's identity when attending Company events, identifying the User as a party to service contracts, providing services to the User in accordance with concluded agreements, conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data, developing, maintaining, and improving the services and sections of the Site.

Processing of personal data is understood as the collection, systematization, accumulation, clarification (updating, modification), as well as other methods of processing in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," using automation tools or without using such tools.

By filling out the "Name," "Contact Phone," and "Email Address" form, the User confirms their consent to the processing of personal data by the Operator, including the User's last name, first name, patronymic, phone number, and email address, by any of the methods listed.

If it is necessary to provide other personal data, the processing of which is allowed only with the consent of the data subject in accordance with the requirements of the "Personal Data Law," the User will be given the option to either give consent or refuse to consent to such processing.
